Het Ypres-Yserkanaal (ook wel het kanaal van Ypres genoemd) verbindt Ypres met Diksmuide en de zee via Nieuwpoort. Vroeger was het kanaal een belangrijke verkeersader, maar het is momenteel voornamelijk bestemd voor recreatief varen. Tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog maakte het kanaal deel uit van het Ypres-saluut (Ypres Salient), de verdedigingslinie tegen de Duitse troepen.
