Op het plateau tussen de IJse- en Laanvallei
Nu we de Ijsevallei achter ons hebben gelaten en éénmaal voorbij de Nijvelsebaan, komen boven op het plateau en slaan de Koestraat in. We kunnen hier genieten van een prachtig panorama over het ongerepte plateau dat een open landbouwgebied is afgewisseld met kleine boskernen. De Koestraat wordt verderop een mooie holle weg wanneer we afdalen richting Wolfshagen.
