Je kan er niet naast kijken: het Vlinderpaleis, zoals de Antwerpenaars hun justitiepaleis noemen. Het ontwerp van Richard Rodgers siert sinds 2006 de skyline van Antwerpen. Aan de talrijke bouwkranen merk je dat hier een compleet nieuwe stadswijk verrijst: ‘Nieuw Zuid’.
