De Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-ter-Zavelkerk is een kerk gelegen op de Zavel. Het gebouw ligt tussen de Grote Zavel en de Kleine Zavel. De kerk komt uit de laatgotiek en heeft opvallend hoge glasramen van 14 meter hoog. In de 13de eeuw werden op deze zanderige vlakte de doden van het Sint-Janshospitaal begraven. In 1300 werd het stuk grond verkocht aan de Grote Gilde van de Kruisboogschutters. Zij bouwden hier de kerk. Oorspronkelijk stonden er huizen tegen de kerk aangebouwd. Deze werden in 1898 afgebroken bij een restauratie.
