De Trap in de Boter is een absolute topper als fietscafé. Deze route loodst je langs de mooiste fietswegen van Sint-Gertrudis-Pede, waar de wieg van Urbanus stond, naar dit heerlijk fietscafé via een oostelijk deel van het Pajottenland en ze Zuunvallei via Halle. Heb je al vroeger dorst of honger, dan zijn er tal van opportuniteiten om vroeger al een stop in te lassen. Maar de Trap in de Boter kan ik je al zeker aanbevelen voor een hapje en een drankje.
