De Bernerbrug is een overdekte houtenbrug over de Saane in het kanton Fribourg in Zwitserland.
De Bernerbrug is een van de vijf bruggen in de Fribourger benedenstad. Stroomopwaarts gaan de Motta-, de St.-Johannes- en de Middenbrug eraan vooraf en stroomafwaarts de Zaehringerbrug. Niet ver weg bevindt zich de Pont du Gottéron, die het gelijknamige dal overspant. De Gottéron mondt enkele meters stroomafwaarts na de Bernerbrug uit in de Saane.
