Het Café des Westens, ook wel Café Größenwahn genoemd, was een Berlijns kunstenaarscafé dat van 1898 tot 1915 gevestigd was aan de Kurfürstendamm 18/19, op de hoek van de Joachimstaler Straße, het huidige Kranzler-Eck, in Charlottenburg.
Het gebouw waarin het Café des Westens zich bevond, werd tussen 1893 en 1895 gebouwd als representatieve woning door de timmerman Christoph Osten. De architect Max Welsch ontwierp de gevel, rijkelijk versierd en met een imposante attiek in de vorm van een doorbroken balustrade met figuren en akroteria.
