El Café des Westens, también conocido como Café Größenwahn, fue un local de artistas en Berlín, que estuvo ubicado desde 1898 hasta 1915 en Kurfürstendamm 18/19, en la esquina con Joachimstaler Straße, en el actual Kranzler-Eck, en Charlottenburg.
El edificio donde se encontraba el Café des Westens fue construido entre 1893 y 1895 como una casa residencial representativa por el maestro de obras Christoph Osten. El arquitecto Max Welsch diseñó la fachada, ricamente decorada y con un potente ático en forma de una barandilla perforada con figuras y acrotérios.
