Neukirchen is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein. De gemeente maakt deel uit van de Kreis Noord-Friesland.
Neukirchen telt 1.132 inwoners.
In Seebüll, in de gemeente Neukirchen, woonde en werkte de schilder Emil Nolde een groot deel van zijn leven. Seebüll was oorspronkelijk een verlaten warft. Nolde en zijn echtgenote kochten de terp in 1923 en noemde deze Seebüll. Ze bouwden er in 1930 een woon/werkhuis dat na zijn overlijden een Nolde--museum werd .
