Aumühle is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein en maakt deel uit van het Amt Hohe Elbgeest in het Kreis Hertogdom Lauenburg. Aumühle telt 3.178 inwoners. De gemeente is in Duitsland vooral bekend als de plaats waar rijkskanselier Otto von Bismarck de laatste jaren van zijn leven doorbracht.
Aumühle ligt ongeveer twintig kilometer ten oosten van Hamburg in het dal van de Bille aan de rand van het Sachsenwald, het grootste bosgebied van Sleeswijk-Holstein. Tot de gemeente behoren ook de plaatsen Billenkamp en Friedrichsruh.
