Zeven is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De gemeente maakt deel uit van de Samtgemeinde Zeven in het Landkreis Rotenburg .
De plaats is vooral in Nederland bekend als woonplaats van een grote Nederlandse militaire gemeenschap tijdens en kort na de Koude Oorlog . Deze gemeenschap had hier een eigen Nederlandstalige peuteropvang, lagere school en middelbare school. Tevens was er een Nederlands buurthuis . De Nederlandse kazerne lag overigens in de naburige Samtgemeinde Selsingen en heette Seedorf.
