Horst is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein, en maakt deel uit van het Kreis Hertogdom Lauenburg. Horst telt 211 inwoners.
De gemeente bestaat uit de drie gehuchten Alt-Horst, Neu-Horst en Am Wall. In Alt-Horst ligt een goed bewaard gebleven 19e-eeuws landgoed, in Neu-Horst staat het "Theater im Stall", terwijl Am Wall zijn naam dankt aan de ten zuiden ervan gelegen Oldenburger Wall, een Slavische ringwalburg die dateert van ca. 700 n.Chr. Ze is een belangrijk verzamelpunt voor kraanvogels tijdens de vogeltrek.
