De Samtgemeinde Clenze was een gemeentelijke vereniging in het zuidelijke deel van het Landkreis Lüchow-Dannenberg in Nedersaksen. Op 1 november 2006 werd ze samengevoegd met de Samtgemeinde Lüchow tot de Samtgemeinde Lüchow.
De Samtgemeinde had vijf lidgemeenten. Naast de twee dorpen Bergen an der Dumme en Clenze waren dit de gemeenten Luckau, Schnega en Waddeweitz.
