Bad Oeynhausen is een stad en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, gelegen in de Kreis Minden-Lübbecke aan de monding van de Werre in de Weser. De gemeente telt 48.535 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 64,80 km².
Op het gebied van stadsdeel Rehme bevindt zich Autobahn-Kreuz Bad Oeynhausen van de A30 vanuit Amsterdam en Osnabrück en de A2 van Bielefeld naar Hannover. Tussen 1969 en 2018/2019 was de stad een internationaal beruchte flessenhals, doordat er een stuk Autobahn "ontbrak". Het doorgaande verkeer moest zich langs diverse verkeerslichten door de stad heen werken. Intussen is dit probleem verholpen. De stad is ook een knooppunt van Bundesstraßen, o.a. de drukke B61, in diverse richtingen.
