Bad Oeynhausen is een stadsdeel van de stad Bad Oeynhausen in de gemeente Minden-Lübbecke. Tot 1972 was het huidige stadsdeel een amtsvrije stad in de gemeente Minden, die pas in 1860 was opgericht.
Het stadsdeel Bad Oeynhausen grenst in het westen aan het stadsdeel Gohfeld van de stad Löhne in de gemeente Herford. In het zuiden grenst het stadsdeel aan Lohe, in het oosten aan Rehme en in het noorden aan Eidinghausen en Werste.
