De Samtgemeinde Selsingen is een Samtgemeinde in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. Het is een samenwerkingsverband van 8 kleinere gemeenten in het zuiden van Landkreis Rotenburg. Het bestuur is gevestigd in Selsingen.
De gemeente ligt in een vrij vlak laagland tussen Zeven, 10 km ten zuiden van het dorp Selsingen, en Bremervörde, 13 km ten noorden van het dorp Selsingen, en bijna halverwege Bremen en Hamburg . Het landschap bestaat uit boerenland, afgewisseld door wat bos, heide en hoogveen.
