Ganderkesee is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De gemeente maakt als selbständige Gemeinde deel uit van het Landkreis Oldenburg. Ganderkesee telt 31.502 inwoners. Naburige gemeenten zijn onder andere Dötlingen, Großenkneten en Harpstedt.
