Het kasteel Kaltental, ook wel Kaltenthal en Kaltindal genoemd, is een verdwenen hoogteburcht op een heuveltop ter plaatse van de katholieke St.-Antoniuskerk aan de Burgstraße 25 in de stadswijk Kaltental van de hoofdstad Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg.
Kasteel Kaltental werd waarschijnlijk door de plaatselijke adel gebouwd om het Nesenbachtal te controleren. Het is vermoedelijk de rechtsopvolger van kasteel Möhringen. In 1125 werden de heren van Kaltental voor het eerst schriftelijk vermeld. Het ging om welfische, later tübingen ministerialen. De exacte omvang van het vanaf het late 13e eeuw gedocumenteerde koudentalische burggraafschap is niet bekend, als württembergse leen omvatte het vermoedelijk ook Stuttgart.
