Friedrichskoog is een plaats in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein, en maakt deel uit van de Kreis Dithmarschen.
Friedrichskoog telt 2.558 inwoners. Het onbewoonde eiland Trischen maakt deel uit van de gemeente Friedrichskoog.
Het plaatsje heeft een getijhaven die vooral voor de visserij gebruikt wordt, maar ook wel voor pleziervaart. Bijzonder aan deze haven is dat het getij sterk asymmetrisch is: vloed duurt ongeveer 3,5 uur, eb circa 9 uur. Naast de haven is een zeehondencrèche.
