Landkreis Wittmund is een Landkreis in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De Landkreis telt 57.384 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 656,84 km², waarmee Wittmund na Lüchow-Danneberg het een na kleinste Landkreis van het land is.
Witmund ligt in het noorden van Nedersaksen. Het maakt deel uit van de regio Oost-Friesland, waarvan met name het Harlingerland tot het landkreis behoort. Daarnaast omvat Wittmund twee Oost-Friese Waddeneilanden:Langeoog en Spiekeroog.
