De Kölner Seilbahn, ook wel Rheinseilbahn genoemd, is een 935 meter lange kabelbaan in Keulen die de Rijn oversteekt. Ze verbindt op hoogte van de Zoobrücke de beide oevers van de rivier en werd gebouwd voor de Bundesgartenschau 1957. Van 1957 tot 2006 heeft ze meer dan 14 miljoen mensen ongelukkig vervoerd. Daarom geldt ze als het veiligste vervoermiddel van Keulen. Door versterkte reclame en nachtbaretten bij bijzondere gelegenheden konden in 2004 voor het eerst zwarte cijfers worden geboekt.
De exploitant van de Kölner Seilbahn is de Kölner Seilbahn-Gesellschaft mbH, sinds 1998 een dochteronderneming van de Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe.
