Door het Maifeld rijdt u door Mertloch en ziet in de verte het aardige stadje Münstermaifeld liggen.
U toert nu op een hoogvlakte boven het dal van de Moezel. Maifeld is een streek van kleine boerendorpen, weide en akkers. Een streek, die bekend staat om het rustige toeren en de enorme hoeveelheid goudgele brem. Onder u stroomt de Moezel en lokt de toeristenstroom.
