Het Offlumermeer is een baggermeer dat is ontstaan door de winning van grind en zand in Noordrijn-Westfalen en ligt in de Nieuwekirchener buurschap Offlum op de Münsterlandse grindzandrug.
Al sinds de 19e eeuw was er zand- en grindwinning op talrijke plaatsen op de Münsterlandse grindzandrug, een afzetting uit de Saale-ijstijd. Na de binnenval van de Britse troepen aan het einde van de Tweede Wereldoorlog werden hier de zogenaamde Herzogstannen gekapt en werd er een tankkerkhof ingericht. Na het opruimen van het terrein begon in 1951 de exploitatie van de rijke quartzvoorraden op grote schaal.
