Het Waldstadion Homburg is een voetbalstadion met een atletiekbaan in het Saarland Homburg. Het biedt plaats aan 16.488 toeschouwers, waarvan 1.723 op zitplaatsen, waarvan 1.345 overdekt zijn. De belangrijkste gebruiker van het stadion is de voetbalvereniging FC 08 Homburg.
Het stadion van FC Homburg werd op 14 en 15 augustus 1937 ingewijd met een kring sportfestijn, waarbij een voetbalwedstrijd tegen SSV Jahn Regensburg werd gespeeld als hoofdwedstrijd. De wedstrijdbaan moest het middelpunt worden van een groots opgezet sportveld, waarvan de verwezenlijking de toenmalige burgemeester van Homburg en NSDAP-kringleider Jakob Knissel als doel had gesteld. Het ontwerp van het sportveld was van de Ludwigshafen architect Willy Schwilling. Eerder had het huidige FC Homburg op de Schlossberg, het symbool van de stad, gespeeld.
