De Basilica van Constantijn is een Romeinse basilica in de Duitse stad Trier. Het uit baksteen opgetrokken bouwwerk kwam waarschijnlijk omstreeks 310 tot stand, tijdens de regeringsperiode van keizer Constantijn de Grote. Aanvankelijk deed het dienst als ontvangstzaal van het keizerlijk paleis; later werd het een versterkte Frankische burcht, daarna werd het onderdeel van het paleis van de aartsbisschoppen van Trier. In de 19e eeuw werd het gehavende gebouw hersteld en in gebruik genomen als kerkgebouw van de Evangelisch-Lutherse gemeente. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd de bij een bombardement zwaar beschadigde basilica gerestaureerd.
