De Gannaberg is met ongeveer 155 m boven NHN naast de Hülsenberg de hoogste heuvel van de Harburger bergen en van de Niedersaksische Landkreis Harburg. Hij ligt in het gemeentelijke gebied van Rosengarten bij Langenrehm. Bovenop staat de zendmast Rosengarten en in de nabijheid het Prinsmonument Langenrehm.
De Gannaberg verheft zich tussen Sieversen in het noordoosten en de Emsener wijk Langenrehm in het zuidwesten en behoort tot de gemeente Langenrehm; ze liggen allemaal in het gemeentelijke gebied van Rosengarten. Over zijn noordflank loopt de provinciale weg 26 als verbinding tussen beide plaatsen.
