De Herbertstraße (Hinrichstraße) is een straat in Hamburg die sinds het begin van de bebouwing in de 19e eeuw voor prostitutie wordt gebruikt. Ze ligt in St. Pauli, dicht bij de Reeperbahn. De Herbertstraße is ongeveer 100 meter lang; in de huizen zitten de prostituees op krukken in kooframen, presenteren zich en wachten op klanten of spreken de mannelijke passanten aan bij een open raam.
De straat is niet vernoemd naar een specifieke persoon, maar maakt deel uit van een naamconcept "mannelijke voornamen met alfabetisch voortschrijdende eerste letter", net zoals de aangrenzende Davidstraße, die vooral bekend is door de Davidwache.
