De Frankfurttempel in Friedrichsdorf is de eerste tempel van de Kerk van Jezus Christus van de Heiligen der Laatste Dagen in de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland vóór 1990, de tweede op het grondgebied van de huidige Bondsrepubliek Duitsland na 1990 en de 41ste tempel wereldwijd. Na de tempels in Bern en Freiberg was hij de derde die in het Duitstalige gebied werd opgericht. Hij werd op 28 augustus 1987 ingewijd door de toenmalige president van de geloofsgemeenschap, Ezra Taft Benson. De tempel werd gebouwd op het ongeveer 21.000 m² grote terrein van een in 1982/83 gesloten pastamakerij. Het gebouw is 28 m breed, 98 m lang en 7 m hoog.
