Het Holstein-Stadion is een stadion in de Duitse stad Kiel. De voetbalafdeling van sportclub Holstein Kiel en de American footballclub Kiel Baltic Hurricanes spelen in het stadion hun thuiswedstrijden. Het stadion biedt plaats aan 11.386 personen.
Het Holstein-Stadion werd geopend in 1911. In de Tweede Wereldoorlog raakte het stadion zwaar beschadigd, maar in 1950 was het weer in het geheel opgebouwd, inclusief hoofdtribune. In 2005 bestond de mogelijkheid dat Holstein Kiel naar de 2. Bundesliga zou promoveren, maar het stadion voldeed niet aan de eisen die daarvoor gesteld werden. Om de eventuele promotie niet in gevaar te brengen, werd in 2006 besloten het stadion ingrijpend te verbouwen, waarbij twee nieuwe overdekte tribunes werden gebouwd. Uiteindelijk ging de promotie niet door maar de verbouwing van het stadion wel.
