De LORAN-C-zender Rantum bij Rantum op Sylt was de enige zender voor het LORAN-C-radionavigatiesysteem in Duitsland. Het station werd aanvankelijk beheerd door de Amerikaanse kustwacht en later door de Water- en Scheepvaartdirectie Noord in Kiel. Eind 2015 werd de zendactiviteit stopgezet.
