De Kronenburg is de ruïne van een hoog kasteel boven het Kylltal en de Kronenburgersee op 560 m boven zeeniveau in het deelgebied Kronenburg van de gemeente Dahlem in de Kreis Euskirchen in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
De plaats Kronenburg dankt zijn ontstaan aan de gunstige strategische ligging boven het bovenste Kylltal.
