De Eenhoorngrot is een karstgrot in het Zechstein-dolomiet. Ze ligt bij Scharzfeld in het gemeenteloze gebied Harz van de Nedersaksische Landkreis Göttingen. De grot is de grootste bezoekersgrot in het westelijke deel van de Harz.
Ze is aangemerkt als natuurmonument en werd in 2006 opgenomen als onderdeel van het Zechstein-karstlandschap in het Zuid-Harz op de lijst van 77 belangrijke nationale geotopen. Sinds 2017 is de Eenhoorngrot deel van het UNESCO-geopark en een officieel informatiecentrum.
