Het station Erftstadt is het personenstation van de stad Erftstadt en in combinatie met parkeerplaatsen en buslijnen het belangrijkste verkeersknooppunt en verbindingspunt van de stad. Het station ligt aan de Eifelroute en wordt bediend door de treinverbindingen RE 12, RE 22 en RB 24, die om de 30 minuten van Trier via Kall naar het centraal station van Keulen rijden. Tijdens de spitsuren wordt de frequentie verhoogd, 's ochtends richting Keulen en 's avonds van Keulen. Tot 1990 heette het station officieel Liblar.
