Het Mauritius-Gymnasium is een katholieke particuliere school in vrij beheer in Büren in de Kreis Paderborn, die erkend is door de deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Het drievleugelige schoolgebouw werd in de jaren 1719 tot 1728 als jezuïetencollege gebouwd door de bouwmeester Gottfried Laurenz Pictorius met medewerking van Johann Conrad Schlaun in barokstijl. De middelen hiervoor kwamen uit de verkoop van de schilderijencollectie van de baron en naamgever van de school Moritz von Büren, op wiens testamentaire beschikking en initiatief het jezuïetencollege Büren werd opgericht.
