Het Gemeenschapskraftwerk Veltheim was een grote energiecentrale in Veltheim, een stadsdeel van de Oost-Westfaalse stad Porta Westfalica. De installatie ligt aan de rechteroever van de Weser, die diende voor de koeling; de aanlevering van de vaste brandstoffen gebeurde per spoor en weg.
Eigenaren in de laatste bedrijfsfase waren Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH en de Stadtwerke Bielefeld. De energiecentrale werd in 2015 stilgelegd en het terrein van de energiecentrale werd op 1 februari 2018 verkocht na een leegstand van twee jaar. Vandaag de dag is het in bezit van de ontwikkelingsmaatschappij GKW Veltheim, die van plan is grote delen van de installaties tot 2021 te slopen. De energiecentrale had een geïnstalleerd vermogen van 892 megawatt. Er werd voornamelijk steenkool en aardgas verbrand, evenals petro-koks en stookolie. Sinds het jaar 2003 mochten ook secundaire brandstoffen in de energiecentrale worden verbrand.
