Duisburg Goederenhaven is een voormalige goederen- en rangeerhaven in de stad Duisburg in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Het ligt tussen de autobaan A59 in het westen, het ontvangstgebouw van het station Duisburg in het noorden en de spoorweginfrastructuur van het hoofdstation in het oosten. Het ongeveer 35 hectare grote terrein strekt zich uit aan de zuidwestkant van de spoorinfrastructuur van het hoofdstation over een lengte van ongeveer 1,6 kilometer in noord-zuidrichting tot de aansluiting Hochfeld van de A59.
