De Zeven-Smartenkapel is een Mariakapel in het Westerholter Bos in Gelsenkirchen-Buer. Het in 1723 gebouwde en in 1948 vernieuwde kleine godshuis met de patroonheilige van de Smarten van Maria behoort tot de parochie St. Mariä Himmelfahrt binnen de parochie St. Urbanus. Het wordt tot op de dag van vandaag gebruikt voor processies en openlucht diensten en voor privégebeden. Sinds 2008 bevindt zich naast de kapel de statiesweg Via Matris met bronzen platen van H. Schilcher.
