De villa Malta is een kasteelachtige villa in de Keulse wijk Rodenkirchen, die werd gebouwd in 1904/05. Ze ligt op een voor het dorpsbeeld bepalende positie onmiddellijk boven de Rijn, aan de hoofdweg. De villa staat als monument geregistreerd.
De villa werd in 1904/05 gebouwd onder de naam "Villa Angonia" voor de opdrachtgever Eduard Steisel, destijds burgemeester van de gemeente Rondorf, naar een ontwerp van het architectenbureau Gebrüder Schauppmeyer. De uit België afkomstige echtgenote van Steisel, Angonia, droeg in belangrijke mate bij aan de financiering van het bouwproject; zij was zowel de aanleiding voor de naamgeving als voor het specifieke ontwerp van de villa. Oorspronkelijk beschikte deze over een symbolische gracht. Eind 1919 kocht de fabrikant Heinrich Rodenkirchen het pand van Steisel.
