De Lahnhöhenweg is een 295 km lange langeafstandswandelroute van de bron van de Lahn tot de monding in de Rijn bij Lahnstein. De zorg voor het gedeelte van Wißmar tot Lahnstein ligt voor de tak rechts van de Lahn bij de Westerwaldvereniging en voor de tak links van de Lahn bij de Taunusclub. De Lahnhöhenweg is gemarkeerd met de letter L als padteken.
