Slot Ueckermünde is een van de laatste behouden bouwwerken van de Pommerse hertogen in Duitsland. Het bevindt zich in de stad Ueckermünde in de Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald, die het sinds 1780 als stadhuis gebruikt.
Er is documentair bewijs dat de burcht Rochow al in 1178 aan de benedenloop van de Uecker lag, waar de hertogen Bogislaw I en Kasimir I destijds een landsvergadering hielden. In 1284 werd de burcht en het aangrenzende gebied voor het eerst castrum ukermund genoemd. Bij de Pommerse landsverdeling kwam Ueckermünde aan het deel-hertogdom Pommern-Stettin. De Stettiner hertogen gebruikten de burcht als vluchtwoning, levensonderhoud en vooral als uitvalsbasis voor hun jachten in de Ueckermünder Heide.
