Le château d'Ueckermünde est l'un des derniers bâtiments conservés des ducs de Poméranie en Allemagne. Il se trouve dans la ville d'Ueckermünde dans le district de Vorpommern-Greifswald, qui l'utilise comme mairie depuis 1780.
Il est documenté que dès 1178, le château de Rochow se trouvait à l'embouchure de l'Uecker, où les ducs Bogislaw Ier et Casimir Ier tenaient à l'époque un parlement. En 1284, le château et le district adjacent furent pour la première fois appelés castrum ukermund. Lors du partage du pays poméranien, Ueckermünde fut rattaché au duché de Poméranie-Stettin. Les ducs de Stettin utilisaient le château comme lieu de refuge, bienhébergement et surtout comme point de départ pour leurs chasses dans la lande d'Ueckermünde.
