De Heerstraße is een straat in het westen van Berlijn, tussen de Theodor-Heuss-Platz tot de westelijke stadsgrens in Staaken. Ze maakt deel uit van Bundesstraße 5 en van de Theodor-Heuss-Platz tot de Wilhelmstraße is ze ook een deel van de Bundesstraße 2. Ze is ongeveer 10 km lang en is een der langste straten van Berlijn.
De straat werd in 1874 aangelegd als boulevard van Charlottenburg naar Pichelsberg en werd in 1910 geopend in aanwezigheid van Wilhelm II van Duitsland en Döberitzer Heerstraße genoemd. Ze diende als snelle verbindingsweg naar de militaire oefenplaats van Döberitz. De Heerstraße werd tussen 1903 en 1911 in delen gebouwd en draagt sinds 1920 de naam Heerstraße.
