Wünsdorf is een deelgemeente van de stad Zossen in de Landkreis Teltow-Fläming in de deelstaat Brandenburg. In maart 2005 had het 6202 inwoners. De plaats zelf heeft een oppervlakte van 13,8 km², met de gemeenteteilen 72,92 km². Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog was Wünsdorf het "zenuwcentrum van de Wehrmacht".
De plaats ligt ongeveer 40 kilometer ten zuiden van Berlijn aan de Bundesstraße 96. Tot Wünsdorf behoren de gemeenteteilen Neuhof en Waldstadt. Wünsdorf ligt aan de zuidwestelijke rand van de Wünsdorfer Platte. De Grote Wünsdorfer Meer en het kleine Wünsdorfer Meer maken deel uit van een merenrij in de Töpchiner vallei, een glaciaal dal uit de Weichsel-ijstijd.
