De Bundespolizeisportschule Kienbaum is de sportfaciliteit van de Duitse federale politie voor zomer- en jaarrond sporten, gevestigd in het Brandenburgse Grünheide. Het heeft als doel jonge hooggetalenteerde sporters te ondersteunen in de beoefening van topsport en tegelijkertijd een duurzame beroepsperspectief te bieden. Daarnaast moet er een zo groot mogelijke bijdrage geleverd worden aan het succesvolle optreden van Duitse nationale teams in internationale competities.
In principe worden alleen die olympische sporten ondersteund waarin de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland zich succesvol kan presenteren tijdens de Olympische Spelen en wereld- en Europese kampioenschappen. Het counterpart voor de wintersport is de Bundespolizeisportschule Bad Endorf.
