Wurschen, Sorbisch, is een dorp met 318 inwoners in het oosten van de Saksische Landkreis Bautzen. Het dorp ligt in de Oberlausitz en behoort officieel tot het Sorbische nederzettingsgebied. Sinds 1994 maakt het deel uit van de stad Weißenberg en is het, na de oude stad, de meest bevolkte wijk.
Wurschen ligt elf kilometer ten oosten van Bautzen in het laagland van de Kotitzer Water op 158 m boven NHN. Terwijl de zuidelijke omgeving - in de richting van Drehsa - heuvelachtig is, wordt het vlakkere landschap ten noorden van Wurschen gekenmerkt door talrijke waterlopen, waarvan de Kotitzer en de Löbauer Water de belangrijkste zijn.
