De sluizen van Gleesen zijn een sluis aan het Dortmund-Ems-kanaal. Ze ligt in de wijk Gleesen van de gemeente Emsbüren, in het zuiden van de Landkreis Emsland.
De sluizen van Gleesen zijn de noordelijkste constructie van de zogenaamde sluizentrap Rheine. Op dit ongeveer 29 kilometer lange kanaalgedeelte wordt tot aan de sluis Bevergern een hoogteverschil van bijna 29 meter overwonnen. Tussen Gleesen en Bevergern liggen nog vier andere sluizen: Hesselte, Venhaus, Altenrheine en Rodde.
