De Simeonstraat is een straat binnen de bebouwde kom in de Rijnland-Palts vrije stad Trier. Ze loopt van de Porta Nigra naar de Hauptmarkt. Het is de belangrijkste winkelstraat en is sinds november 1971 een voetgangerszone. Een kort stuk bij de Porta Nigra maakt geen deel uit van de voetgangerszone en wordt vooral door lijnbussen bereden.
