Die Hubertusinsel, ook wel Grote Zoutstroom eiland genoemd, is een eiland in de Bode in het stadsgebied van Thale in Saksen-Anhalt.
Het bevindt zich ten zuidwesten van de stad aan de noordelijke uitgang van het Bodedal en wordt omringd door twee Bodearmen. De kleinere westelijke Bodearm wordt de Zoutgracht genoemd. Het beslaat ongeveer 2,8 hectare en strekt zich in noord-zuid richting uit over ongeveer 350 meter met een maximale breedte van ongeveer 85 meter. Ten noorden van het eiland bevond zich het Kleine Zoutstroom eiland. Op de Hubertusinsel ontspringt de radonhoudende Hubertusbron.
