Het natuurreservaat Wupper en Wupperhellingen met zijbeken is een ongeveer 228 hectare groot natuurreservaat in Leichlingen in de Rijnisch-Bergische Kreis, dat in 2004 voor het eerst onder bescherming is gesteld. Bij de eerste aanwijzing droeg het de naam Wupperhellingen met zijbeken en de Wupper ten noorden van Witzhelden en Leichlingen en was het ongeveer 213,26 ha groot. Met de herziening van het landschapsplan Burscheid en Leichlingen in 2014 ging een uitbreiding en hernoeming van het gebied gepaard.
Het natuurreservaat is tegelijkertijd een deelgebied van het FFH-gebied Wupper van Leverkusen tot Solingen.
