Alfers Mühle (ook Alfersmühle) is een stuwconstructie en voormalige watermolen aan de Berkel in het noorden van de stad Gescher. De locatie van de molen komt ongeveer overeen met het middelpunt van de voormalige boeren gemeenschap Harwick in Gescher en de verkeersverbinding was voor die tijd gunstig met de ligging nabij de hoofdverkeersweg naar Ahaus, Stadtlohn en Coesfeld.
